This website is operated by OmniHaven. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer toOmniHaven. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS AND PRICES (Furniture Specific)
Color & Material Variance: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our furniture products. However, due to natural wood grains, fabric dye lots, and monitor displays, slight variations may occur.
Size Measurement: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the dimensions of the ordered furniture can fit through their doors, hallways, and elevators.
SECTION 3 – SHIPPING & LARGE ITEM DELIVERY
For oversized furniture items, delivery may be curbside only.
Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers MUST inspect the packaging and the furniture upon arrival. If any visible damage is found, it must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing, and reported to our customer service within [48 hours].Free shipping applies to standard curbside delivery only. Remote areas or islands may require additional shipping surcharges. Tax is fully covered by us at checkout.
SECTION 4 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
SECTION 5 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please review our Return Policy. Due to the high cost of freight shipping for furniture, if a return is requested due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed mind, doesn’t fit), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees and a potential restocking fee.
SECTION 6 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China.
