This website is operated by OmniHaven. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to OmniHaven. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products and Prices

• Color & Material Variance: We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to natural High-Quality High-Quality Wood, fabric dye lots, lighting, and differences in monitor displays.
• Size & Access: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the furniture will fit through their doors, hallways, elevators, and other access points before placing an order.

3. Shipping & Large Item Delivery

• Oversized furniture may be delivered by standard curbside service rather than inside the home.
• Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect the packaging and furniture upon delivery whenever possible. If you notice any visible damage, please note it on the delivery receipt or delivery record, if available, and contact our customer service within 48 hours.
• Free standard shipping is available on all orders within the contiguous United States.

4. Orders and Order Changes

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact information provided when the order was placed.

5. Returns and Refunds

Who covers return shipping depends on the reason for the return and whether Xcotton Shipping Protection was purchased. For items lost or damaged in transit, OmniHaven covers the related costs. For personal returns — such as a change of mind, size, color, or style preference — you are responsible for the return shipping. If you purchased optional Xcotton Shipping Protection at checkout, you may be eligible for reimbursement of qualifying return shipping costs for eligible personal returns, subject to Xcotton's terms. 6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OmniHaven and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or products purchased through the Site.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on our website. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
