30-Day Return Window
All return requests must be sent to our support team within 30 days after your order is delivered. Requests submitted past this deadline cannot be accepted.
Return Rules
Defective & Damaged Items
If your furniture arrives damaged or with quality defects, please submit a return ticket with clear photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Once the manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will fully cover the return shipping fees. Please note that requests submitted after this 48-hour window will not be accepted.
Voluntary No-Reason Returns
If you simply change your mind about your purchase, the complete original packaging and every matching accessory must be returned undamaged. We cannot offer full refunds for incomplete, worn, or repackaged items. You will cover all return delivery costs for voluntary returns.
Refund Schedule
Our warehouse team will inspect your returned goods right after delivery. Your refund will be issued to your original payment account within 2 business days after inspection approval. Please allow extra time for your bank to finish the transfer.
Important Notes
Custom furniture and final-sale items cannot be returned for non-defect reasons. We reserve the right to decline returns for products with heavy stains, damage, or missing original components.
